A Relationship Revolution: Where Emotional Strength meets Relational Intelligence

WELCOME to
the LEADERS' RESET:
A RUGGED RETREAT
WHO THIS IS FOR
Men who are:
Leading, building, or holding space for others
Carrying more than they talk about
Respected—but rarely get to exhale
Most men doing this work don’t often have a place to put it down.
This is one of the few times where you can.
THIS IS
A curated, invite-only experience
A cohort of men doing the work —leaders, founders, visionaries
Time in nature—hiking, fishing, cold exposure, stillness
Real conversations without pressure or performance
Space to reset mentally, physically, and emotionally

**airport pickup included**

Hiking
With over 700 miles of trails winding through alpine meadows, glacial valleys, and some of the most breathtaking mountain scenery in North America, Glacier National Park is a hiker's paradise.
The exact route will be determined closer to the event based on weather, trail conditions, wildlife activity, and group ability.
Participants should expect a challenging but achievable day hike of approximately 10–15 miles with moderate elevation gain.

Fishing
One of the highlights of the weekend will be an overnight float and fishing trip on one of Montana's legendary rivers.
No previous fishing or river experience is required. Whether you're an experienced angler or have never held a fishing rod, you'll be able to participate and enjoy the experience.
Participants should expect a full day outdoors, variable weather conditions, and a rustic overnight camping experience. All group safety equipment and trip logistics will be provided.
