Coaching is forward-focused, solution-driven, and designed for people who want to enhance their relationships and personal growth. Therapy is more clinical, dealing with mental health concerns, trauma, and deep emotional processing. I offer coaching, but I also have a background as a licensed therapist, so I bring a depth of expertise to my approach.
