Monthly Consultation Group for Therapists
Supporting clinicians who work with men, couples, trauma, and intimacy.
Therapists are often asked to hold incredibly complex relational systems—high-conflict couples, shut-down or avoidant partners, trauma histories, sexual disconnection, and clients who come to us at pivotal crossroads in their lives.
This consultation group is designed to support you as a clinician in the places where the work can feel the heaviest, the most layered, and the most clinically demanding.
Led by Kristal DeSantis, LMFT, author of STRONG: A Relationship Field Guide for the Modern Man and a specialist in men’s mental health, high-complexity couples, trauma, and sex therapy, this group offers a space for:
Deepening clinical insight
Case consultation on challenging relational dynamics
Attachment, somatic, and trauma-informed integration
Working more effectively with male clients
Navigating countertransference in high-intensity cases
Increasing confidence with couples in crisis or transition
Developing a clear, ethical, grounded therapeutic stance
Whether you’re wanting new tools, fresh eyes on a difficult case, or simply a supportive professional community, this group provides structured, focused, high-quality consultation in a small-group environment.

Why This Space Matters
Therapy can be deeply meaningful, but it can also be isolating—especially when you’re carrying complex cases or feeling the emotional weight of couple dynamics. This group is a place to be supported, to think more deeply, and to strengthen your clinical intuition.
It’s also a place to remember:
You don't have to hold the hard cases alone.
