Welcome to Bonding Bootcamp, an action-packed retreat designed to help couples like you strengthen their bond through fun, fitness-oriented challenges. Spend a weekend working together on activities that test your teamwork, communication, and endurance, all while having a blast.

Play fosters creativity, problem-solving, and social connections by offering a low-stakes environment to experiment and learn. When/Where/What:
Join us from Friday evening through Sunday morning in the Hill Country, TX.

Throughout the weekend, you'll tackle skills, navigate obstacle courses, participate in trivia games, relay races, and other challenges designed to promote trust, communication, and intimacy. Be prepared to work, play, and fall in love all over again.

What to Bring

Essentials:
Comfortable Clothing: You’ll be participating in various activities, so pack casual, comfortable outfits for both indoor and outdoor sessions.
Layers: The weather can change, and indoor spaces can vary in temperature, so bring a light jacket or sweater.
Workout Gear: Some challenges may involve physical activity, so bring activewear and sneakers.
Notebook and Pen: For jotting down insights, reflections, and notes during workshops.
Reusable Water Bottle: Stay hydrated throughout the weekend.
Personal Care Items: Toiletries, medications, and anything else you need for your daily routine.
Snacks: While meals will be provided, bring any specific snacks you enjoy or need for dietary reasons.

 

Optional:
Swimwear: If the venue has a pool or hot tub, you may want to take advantage of it during your downtime.
Favorite Blanket or Pillow: For extra comfort during relaxation or downtime.
A Special Item: Bring something meaningful to your relationship (e.g., a photo, letter, or memento) that you might want to share or reflect on during the retreat.
Journal: If you like to keep a personal journal, this might be a good time to bring it for deeper reflections.
